Welcome to RockandBangIt Studio! By purchasing a beat remake, lease beat, exclusive beat, or sampled exclusive beat from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Beat Recreation Policy

  • RockandbangIt Studio re-creates beat with an approach similar to sampling rather than direct copying.
  • Our remakes capture the essence of the original beat but are not identical replicas.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to use remade beats based on copyrighted songs.

2. Beat Ownership & Usage Rights

We offer 2 categories of beats:

A. Re-Create Beats

  • These beats are inspired by existing beats from platforms like YouTube or BeatStars.
  • When you purchase a remake beat, you gain exclusive ownership rights.
  • The beat will not be resold or shared elsewhere.

B. Lease Beats

  • Lease beats are sold on a non-exclusive basis.
  • Purchasing a lease beat grants you the right to use it for commercial purposes, including performances, music videos, streaming, and distribution.
  • The beat remains available for other artists to lease.
  • Because this is a leased (non-exclusive) beat, other artists may use it. No refunds will be issued if your distributor rejects or flags your song because another artist has used the same beat.

  • You agree to send us your fanlink (smart link) as soon as your song is live on streaming platforms. 

3. Delivery Time & Method

  • We strive to deliver beats within 3 days of purchase. However, delivery time may vary depending on the number of active orders.
  • Beats will be delivered via email or WhatsApp based on the contact information provided at checkout.
  • In case of unexpected delays, we will communicate with you promptly.

4. Revisions

  • Customers are entitled to up to 3 revisions per beat.
  • Revision requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the beat.
  • Major structural changes may incur additional fees.

5. Refund Policy

  • All sales are final due to the digital nature of our products.
  • Refunds will not be provided after the beat has been delivered.
  • If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us, and we will work to resolve them.

6. Copyright & Legal Responsibility

  • While you own exclusive rights to your purchased beats, RockandbangIt Studio does not provide sample clearance for beats that may contain elements from copyrighted songs.
  • Buyers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary legal permissions to use beats in commercial projects.
  • RockandbangIt Studio is not liable for copyright claims, takedowns, or legal actions resulting from the use of purchased beats.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • RockandBangIt Studio is not responsible for any losses, legal issues, or damages resulting from the use of our beats.
  • By purchasing a beat, you agree that all liability for commercial or legal use falls on you as the buyer.
